Can I change how often I get my Autoship?

Yes! Go to My Account and select the subscription you would like to change. You can "Skip", "Cancel", or change the date of your subscription at any time.

Can I change the items in my Autoship subscription?

Yes! You can change the size or flavor of some items by clicking “Edit Item” on the subscription detail screen.

Why isn’t my 35% promo applying?

The 35% off first Autoship promo has a max discount of $20. Customers can use the first order Autoship discount two times per year. The redemption time frame will reset a year after the first redemption. Autoship promotions are also only available once per SKU.

Yes! You can schedule your prescription items for Autoship at your preferred frequency. During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide veterinary verification.

You can easily update your next order date, skip a delivery, or adjust item frequency and quantity anytime from your Autoship page.

If your Autoship subscriptions have the same shipping details, they will ship together. Shipping details include the shipment date, order frequency, shipping address, billing address, and payment method. To change these details, click any of your subscriptions on your Autoship page.

Autoship customers always get the current online price. Subsequent orders will receive 5% off the current online selling price (exclusions apply).

An add-on item is a one-time or recurring purchase that you set to ship with your next scheduled Autoship order. All orders over $35 ship for free.

How to:

  1. Log on to your account at Petco.com.
  2. Find an item.
  3. Click "Add to Autoship" on the product page.
  4. Choose which delivery to ship it with and it ships free with an order over $35.

Please note that due to shipping methods, add-ons may ship in a different box.

By logging into your Petco.com account and going to My Account, you can edit your shipping address and payment details at any time.

Yes! You can cancel anytime. However, if you cancel your subscription after a processed order the order will still be processed, and you’ll be charged.

Yes! Vital Care members earn rewards on every purchase—whether in-store, online, or through Autoship. You can apply your Vital Care rewards to future Autoship orders on your Autoship page.

We place a temporary hold on your payment method on the order date. You’ll be charged once your order ships. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll attempt to resolve it for seven days before canceling the order and releasing the hold on your card.
