Sniff & Bark New at Petco

Why does my dog bark (appearing aggressive) at other dogs when going for a walk? He seems to only do it when he is on a leash. At times, he will sniff other dogs while on his leash and then just suddenly bark at the dog a ton. He recently started this behavior. What can I do to teach him this behavior is not okay?

What does it may mean when your dog loses his ability to bark sometimes? For example: bark bark bark then he can’t get the bark out.

My dog has always had a lower pitched bark, but for two days now her bark has been high pitched. It doesn’t sound raspy but it’s clearly higher pitch than her normal bark. She does like to bark at passerby’s through the window when I’m not home. Is this concerning or has she just gotten tired ?

Hi I was away on vacation and I just picked up my dog from this kennel. As I got home I realized my dog had this weird bark he can barely bark as loud as he usually does. My dog is losing her bark like we lose our voice

My dog doesn’t bark at other dogs but when she is inside she tends to bark at dogs that are walking outside. Why does she do that? How can I stop this behavior?

My German Shepherd has been yelping in pain since last night when her snout is touched. She acts like her ears are bothering her. She has a nasal drip as well and her bark has changed to more of a bark/Yelp when she tried to bark at the neighbors this morning. Vet today gave her meds Incase of an ear infection but said her ears looked fine. (Cephelexin, prednisolne, and Quadritop ointment) im worried it’s something els but I can’t afford another vet visit. Does it sound like an ear infection?
