This toy is absolutely amazing! My dog absolutely loves playing with this toy. If your dog loves playing with crinkle toys with squeakers than this is a toy to have for your dog. The only downside with this toy is the bright yellow color that it comes in, it can begin to look dirty pretty early into having bought it.

My dog loved this toy while it lasted! One of the ends of the starfish makes a crinkly noise which my dog loves and the center has a squeaker. The fabric is quite thin and ripped after about a week of play.

This toy is massive! I didn't pay close enough attention to the dimensions when ordering this toy and was very surprised when it arrived. Thankfully, despite it's size my littlest lady took to it immediately. It has some kind of crinkle paper in it's arms that my dogs seemed to really enjoy and it doesnt have any fur which is great for us since my dogs tend to try and eat that on other toys. I gave it four stars because my dog was able to rip the seam within the first couple days but I think I can patch it up to get some more use out of it. Overall it's a great toy. Just make sure to pay attention to the size to avoid my mistake!

Well, it DID say jumbo! (And it did say dog). I ordered this for my cat, because he's a BIG boy, and so many cats toys are smaller than he would prefer. This starfish really IS big, though, and he and I were both a bit surprised. Shouldn't have been...lol. Ivar loves it, anyway. He can wrap himself around the legs of the star fish and kick away! He can lean against it as he naps. He can gaze lovingly into it's eyes (and he does!). This is not too big for a large feline, and the perfect size for dogs of all sizes. The bright colors are appealing, and the crinkle in two of the arms provide a fun attraction. (They are made of old plastic bottles, thus saving our oceans from a bit of waste). All in all, I'm glad I chose a dog toy for my cat. <wink> Ivar loves his starfish!

This toy is massive—even though it said XL, I was not expecting it to be so big. It was as long as my 40 pound dog is tall—I’d say about 3 feet. My dog had a ton of fun with it, but it was not very durable and it didn’t even last a day. If you have a dog that is gentle with toys, I think they’ll love this and get a lot of use out of it. It is soft and has a squeaker so it could be a cuddle toy or a play toy. Definitely don’t play tug with it unless you want a leg to rip off. All in all, it was a lot of fun for a very short time.
