Started As A Bottle

I have almost a year old American pitbull and he was given to us from a guy who was selling the mother’s puppies. As soon as he started growing up he started becoming more aggressive and barking quite often. Is there a solution to get rid of this problem? I tried treats, collars, and a spray bottle but none of those attempts worked well.

I've recently started spraying my cat with water because he uncontrollably tries to drink out of the fish bowl and mess with the fish as well as tear leaves off house plants.
