I ordered simparica trio and was told they were waiting for my Vets approval but what they don’t tell you is that vets do not do Rx’s over the phone u actually need a script so I just went to my vets cus I had to pick up the script from my vet cus they do not fax so what’s the point,, I just got it at my vets office because It would’ve taken longer waiting for them to send it out from Petco so just make sure you ask them if you need a script and if your vet does it before waiting I waited three days to get this medication when I could’ve just went to my Vet

I ordered this eight days ago and it still has not been approved by the vet. The animal hospital indicated a problem with no signature approval area verifying the prescription they return. Petco was asked to resend three times. Petco says they resent but vet says they haven't recd it. Both sides say they will take care of it but I'm still waiting. My dog needed the medication three days ago. Suggest process needs an improvement plan. BTW, ordered for another dog 3 months ago and no problem.

Never received this product. I mailed the required veterinary Rx, and approximately a week later received an email informing me that the Rx would not be filled prescription because it was digitally signed by our vet. This came as a total shock as I had previously submitted digitally signed prescriptions from our vet in the past that were filled.

Why doesn't the "REMINDER" email for a pet's prescription order better describe the process for submitting the prescription's order number and uploading the authorization pdf emailed from the Vetco Veterinarian after the day of visit in your Petco store?
