My cat seemed to love it more than the old boxes I like that it fits in the corner of the room, and I don’t have to worry about it unless I’m cleaning the tray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent litter box. It does a lot of the work for you, and saves a lot of time and hassle. It definitely has helped with odors as well. I would recommend giving it a try, it's easy to set up and works quietly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Only issue is my bathroom doesn’t have a plug in for it so I am trying to solve that problem. Found the replacement order trays easy enough, a little pricey but worth it not to scoop a traditional box.

I bought this product two months ago and it is absolutely horrible. The rake gets stuck halfway all the time and I have the kitty litter at the correct level. I’m trying to get support for it but I haven’t heard back from anybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this but I couldn’t get my cat to use it no matter what I tried. She’s a senior cat who also refuses to use the litter robot. The litter is pretty but unscented. I can’t say how the odor would be after repeated use, since again, my cat wouldn’t use it. I love the idea but I’m going to have to give it four stars for simply because the bottom of the litter pan is just flimsy cardboard. I spent forever reading and rereading the instructions because I thought I’d done it wrong. I couldn’t believe all that litter just sits on that cardboard. Be very careful moving it or it will cave in. For the price and the frequency you’d need to repurchase replacement bottoms, I think it doesn’t give as much value as I’d like to see.

Pros: no daily scooping, good odor control, cats took to it well; I was nervous the automatic scooping would scare them, but if anything they’re entertained by it! Cons: you have to plug it in - I keep my boxes in a basement room without plugs, so I had to grab an extension cord. The litter is a lot more expensive than my typical litter. It’s a bit small, definitely not for larger breeds like Maine coons, rag dolls etc. I feel this is a good option for a small, single cat household if you don’t mind plugging it in! Sorry for the photo of the box only - I didn’t think anyone would want to see a used litter box!
