While many people don't bathe their guinea pigs, rabbits and chinchillas as they would their dogs, it's important to note that many small animal pet companions require a regular grooming routine. Whether it is providing your pet chinchilla with a dust bath house or it is brushing your rabbit's on a regular basis, there are many things pet parents do to keep their small animal looking and feeling great. As ferrets have a distinct musk or odor that is stimulated by their fluctuating hormonal activity in addition to other factors, there is a line of products developed for pet odor removal that can be used to neutralize and reduce your pet ferret's musky odor. From the various types of deodorizing pet shampoo and conditioner available to the assortment of pet colognes and deodorizing sprays, you can finally get a handle on pet odor removal and keep it under control. Whether you have an inquisitive ferret, an excitable guinea pig or a treat-motivated rat, promote your pet's health and well-being by keeping his cage clean and utilizing the right brushes, pet shampoo and other supplies needed to address his unique grooming needs.

Can i bathe my 6 week old puppy for the first time
Having friend groom my foster yorkie. I have been sheltering in place since March and concerned about contact from outside. I am going to shampoo dog, groomer is just going to give dog a serious cut. I plan to reshampoo dog with some antibacterial dog shampoo when she finishes. Are there any other precautions I should take. Dog and groomer will be in garage for the service. Safe distance will be maintainefd
Can I bathe my puppy now?
Hi! Thanks for your time! My little dog Baxter is white, so he gets dirty pretty fast. I usually give him baths about 1nce a week (that was okayed my our vet) but because the weather is so cold now, he is sooo cold after his baths, eventually we warm him up though. Any tips for keeping him warm after his baths? And is it ok to give him baths in the winter?
What's the best temperature for bathing my short haired dog inside?

Hello, I need advice on how to properly bathe a totally blind 16 yr old Boston, whom I've had for 15 yrs, weighs around 12 or 13 pounds. She has adjusted over the past 5 years but is a little disoriented sometimes, skidish when you reach down to pick her up, etc. I barely can clip her toenails anymore....but bathing? Oh boy! Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and God bless....have a wonderful evening...Jami
Hello, I rescued a feral cat in December and she has become a pet. I was referred to you by Dr. Foster & Smith. I would like to get my cat groomed, but she has not been around humans. I want to get something to lightly sedate her, so I can take her to get her groomed. She has sooo much hair. She will let me brush her all over, but not her belly. I would like to take her to a groomer to have most of her hair removed, but she needs to be slightly sedated for me to do that. Can you provide me with
Itchy skin. Few fleas. Bathed her then noticed she was chewing and scratching her back and has open little sores now Shes a small poodle
I rescued a dog and his hair is matted to his skin. Is there anything that I can give him to calm him down so I can give him a bath and groom him?
