Designed to last, bully sticks are enticing tough chews that can help deter your dog from chewing up off-limit items like shoes and even furniture. In addition to helping satisfy that instinct to chew, they can also help clean teeth and gums. At Petco, we carry mini, medium and large versions to appeal to dogs of all sizes.
Bully sticks, also known as pizzle sticks, are digestible chew treats made from bull pizzle (or penis). Petco offers several alternative pizzle sticks made of beef or pork.
We recommend speaking with your veterinarian, as the best advice may depend on your dog’s specific health needs.
That depends on your dog and how enthusiastically they chew. We recommend supervising your dog while they gnaw on their bully stick and removing it once it gets small enough to be a choking hazard or develops sharp edges.

Julia is a "failed foster." In other words, we started as a foster and I ended up falling in love and adopted her; to me this is the only failure to have. My question is: she loves bully sticks, even to the exclusion of her kibble, which she will eat if she gets hungry enough. I have not found a kibble she really goes for. I do not feed her any soft food and she does get regular exercise. Can she have too many bullies? (I do not know how old she is; wt is about 12 lbs. Stools are OK.)
Can my 7 1/2 month old Aussie/Chesapeake have a bully stick every now and then if he has Struvite Crystals? He had a UTI and it was treated but Crystals remained. We are working on getting rid of those now
My dog always wants to bite and chew cloths and paper but she dosent like dog toys, if i get her a new dog toys she chew it and get bored of it after 2 or 3 days. She find books and cloths then destroy it. I can get her chew sticks out i saw on youtube a bull dog got teeth cancer. Are chew sticks safe? If yes how many sticks i can give her per day?
I'm struggling to find toys that are fun and suitable for my 9 month old gsd pup. I have a kong, a kong ring and a couple of rope toys. He seems to like the kong for a little and the rope toys are fun for tug of war. I have children with stuffed animals and I don't want him to attribute those to chew toys if I get puppy toys that looked like stuffed animals...Also for chew time are Bully sticks the safest/best thing I can give him or do you have any recommendations for that as well?
