How can I get my Trixie to like Blackie?
Trixie (German shepherd female puppy) 40 days old and she having a flea. What should i do.? And also she's biting a lot. Any suggestion?
Can feline leukemia be transferred by sharing a food bowl? Just a general question about outdoor cats , not trixie
Trixie is my indoor cat but I have an outoor cat that has recently come into the picture and my vet believes he is the reason for trixies off behavior and lack of appetite. Trixie has been examined and had bloodwork and nothing irregular found medically. My vet suggested feliway spray but in shopping for the classic spray I see it’s for travel situations and there is feliway muliti cat diffuser for issues between cats. I prefer the spray over the diffuser but will they have the same results?
Hi Trixie has eaten wet Rx Royal Canin rabbit pea selected protein for many years due to IBS. Recently my vet gave me a can of duck pea to try because she has seemed to grow tired of rabbit. She told me to offer her both and let her choose. trixie is mainly Choosing duck but is still taking a few bites from the rabbit pea bowl too. If it doesn’t irritate her IBS can she have both ? Is It ok to mix? She also still likes her rabbit pea dry food. Thanks!!
Hi , trixie has eaten Rx Royal Canin selected protein rabbit and pea canned and dry food for many years due to irritable bowel. Would she able to eat a freeze dried rabbit treat i found at a pet store? I thought since it’s the same protein , rabbit, it would be ok. Thanks!
Hi Trixie has been on Leukeran and prednisolone therapy for one year for small cell lymphoma. She has had quarterly checkups and ultrasounds with the oncologist and is doing very well. now the doc is telling me that it’s my choice to either stop Leukeran now or continue for 12 more weeks. Any advice?
Hi trixie had an intestinal biopsy today due to lack of appetite, possible IBD issues and some pain during jumping from counters. my vet found scar tissue near her ovaries that disconnected and began to bleed. She was spayed 11 years ago, could scar tissue from that spay have been causing pain or discomfort today, all these years later? thx
Our 8 week old kitten Trixie, has been crying most of the morning. She is calm for a few minutes then she will get down on the floor and go to the litter box and start to cry and either barley go or not at all. I found mucus on her butt and private. She is the runt of the litter.
Hi my vet recommends an intestinal biopsy for Trixie because she’s had history of IBD that food has controlled for 5 yrs. now her appetite is lacking. She’s had bloodwork, ultrasound, GI panel that shows elevated folate. If I do a biopsy , what exactly are they looking for .. I know cancer is one thing but if it’s not that, what’s being looked for and what are the treatments ?
Hi trixie is 11 years old and I read in an article that this age is considered geriatric and a senior food is now important.. my question is, she’s eaten royal canin Rx diet selected protein pea/rabbit for many years now due to irritable bowel and id be afraid to change because of how well it’s cured her irritable bowel. Is this food considered a senior diet? Thank u
Hi I read an article today about grain free diets being linked to dilated cardiomyopathy. Trixie has irritable bowel and has eaten royal Canin selected protein rabbit pea Rx diet for many years. Because of peas being main ingredient it’s considered grain free but I have confirmed with my vet it’s safe because it has the recommended amount of taurine. can you give any opinion on this? Thank you!!
