SWEET PAWS

My rabbit has mange. She will be on her third ivermectin injection today with a 7 day interval between each treatment. Her mange is so mild however it seems to get worse. She is losing hair around her sweet paws and the skin is scabbing. Could i use benzyl benzoate for her paws or is it harmful is she licks it? Am I doing the right things so far to treat her? She is still in pain. She still flicks her paws and is very lethargic. Please help.

I was wondering is frosty paws could trigger skin problems also a dog food, that contains sweet potatoes. My Basset Hound has been hell. Antibiotics and cortisone shorts. We can't figure it out. We also are out of money from vet bills.
