I think my 6-7 month old husky/Great Dane mix got into some acorns. She has had 1 full day of diarrhea, with some blood in it at first but now less. I did see some pieces of acorn in the stools. What can I do to help her? It’s too late to induce vomiting. She is fine otherwise and hungry as usual. I’ve fed her only rice/rice water, cooked chicken, pumpkin purée, and some unflavored pedialyte. How long should I expect her to feel better/ more normal stools? Or expect worsened or better symptoms?!

4 days ago our 6 year old cat started to sneeze which she hasn't done before. She is an outdoor cat, so pollen allergy might be a possibility. Remie has been adopted 11 months ago, so we don't know about previous years. She just woke up, sneezed about 10 times and went back to sleep. No other symptoms. How serious is this, how can we help her?

Hi! My netherland dwarf rabbit has some sort of rash/scab next to his mouth. I cannot tell if his fur is green from eating his veggies or if it's something else causing it. When we went to the vet in December for his first health checkup they said his teeth are fine and I haven't seen any drooling. What does happen though is that when he drives is out of his bowl his fur gets quite wet and also when he eats his veggies. Any idea what this could be? Dermatitis, bacterial infection? Thanks

Our little dog has a slight cheesy smell around his face (particularly in his ears). I have noticed him scratching his muzzle with his paws lately and found that his paw pads also smell yeasty! Of course, we suspect a yeast infection. Could it be something else? What should we do?

Hello vet, My Indian dog(desi) is vomitting from last 3 months. He vomits as he eat slightly more food and also after having some grass in the ground. He had grown very thin, one could notice his bones clearly. Also, his saliva is coming out of his mouth everytime. He is always sleeping We have taken him to many doctors but no clear solution or treatment. Hope u might help us....

So my female is officially ready to mate and my male has been trying for days and today he got kind of lucky. However, when he tried to penetrate her, she starts squirming and I’m worried she’s going to hurt him and her. Any advice? Also, when they tried to mate the first time, there was clear liquid all over the floor..?

My cat went into surgery for a spay almost 48 hrs ago and refuses eat or drink anything. She's very lethargic and has only used the litter box once to pee. I have her on 0.18 ml of buprenorphine and 50mg of gabapentin. I fed her roughly one syringe of hill's prescription diet a/b to force feed her. If she doesn't eat/drink in the next couple hours I'm taking her to the vet regardless.

My 10 year old dog was diagnosed with possible arthritis of the hips (his lower back possibly as well because its stiff). He is having x-rays after lockdown. He was put on metacam (in his morning food) and we put him on omega-3 as well. He has had an upset stomach since, any ideas? We might try a week off the omega-3 to see if it changes.

Our American bulldog keeps getting these sores, our local vet has been useless in helping, I think it looks like skin cancer from online searches but I’m not a doctor, what do you think? They are getting bigger and more frequent, they keep insisting it’s allergies and giving him steroids and it’s doing nothing

My 3 1/2 month old miniature daushund, 6-7 lbs, Gretchen, eats her poop and our cats poop out of her litter box. What product do you recommend, dosage daily, to stop this habit and why is she attracted to eating her poop and the cat’s poop out of her litter box?! We are feeding her Taste of the Wild, Buffalo w/Venison Puppy Food. Also, can you recommend a higher grade Puppy Food that does not contain ANY grain at all. I want her very healthy and to live a very long life. Thank you.
