Our vet recommended OraVet for Bella but is there maybe a cheaper alternative that is just as good?

Dental oral care...which products to use? Was suggested OralVet, as its the one which digests in the dogs stomach is swallowed in big chunks. but not readily available in most stores. Is there a comparable product readily available, safe and easily digested?

Nikki eats core wellness grain free ocean flavor. Being using VetriScience, her itchiness from unknown allergy hasn't improved. Took my 10 month old yorkie puppy to the vet today as her rear paw pad looked strange (see photo). They did X-rays and determined it's a congenital defect with the bone. They want to amputate her toe. Looking for Second opinion. I have attached photos of the x-rays
