Milk-Bone Dog Treats & Chews

My 2 and a half months old Lab puppy had a Calcium milk bone this morning and hadn't ate anything since then .No later on evening he threw up yellow with some milk bones thrice and He had diarreh which was also yellow.What to do?

Yesterday he had to brown diarrheal accidents in his kennel. He is 4 months old and he has never had accidents in his kennel. He is very good at holding it especially at night when it happened. We changed his food and stated giving him Milk- Bone last week. Since yesterday he hasn't gotten Milk-Bones but he still had a diarrheal accident at night.
