Manna hasn’t pooed since yesterday morning she got spayed yesterday

I recently rescued a baby pygmy goat from the mother that wasnt feeding him. Ive bottle fed him to reasonable health using MANNA PRO-KID MILK. He is 13 days old. And I need to know what is a SAFE DELOUSER. And can **HE** eat hay or another food that I can introduce to him to start developing his Rumen. Also our water is heavily milneralized. Please help. Im just trying to help the little guy make it. Every online answer os contradictory. My SINCEREST THANKS for any advice you can give.

Norik had diarrhea and was seen by Veterinar he was diagnosed with colitis. And prescribed antibiotics, probiotics and pro pectalin. After 3 doses of pro pectalin his diarrhea stopped. But 2 days later after we withdrew pro pectalin his poop became soft again. He is still on antibiotics. Should I continue with pro pectalin and for how long it is safe. He is on bland diet. Thank you!

He gave her an injection and told me to fast her for 12 hrs just giving pro kolin. Pro kolin came straight back and she has vomited every time she's had water. She is drinking alot.
