I rescued a dog who looked like she had been badly attacked by another. It appeared she was covered in bite marks. As time passed they began to look red and irritated. So maybe they aren’t bite marks. Maybe an infection I’m not sure please help!

My puppy gets scared of loud noises while walking outside, starts panicking and wants to go back home right away. Would it be a good idea to use dog barking noise from the internet, give her treats every time she hears dog bark or other loud noises? or is there other better way to teach her not to be afraid of loud noises?

Good afternoon! Our dog is 6. He is Yellow Lab and Mastiff. We were giving him a Glucosamine and Chondroitin Supplement. He came down with a UTI, is there any correlation between the two? We are now very leery of starting it back up.

9 year old lab has some type of growth on right paw

A few days ago my dog lucky got minor burns on all 4 of his paws on the pavement he doesn't have any trouble walking or playing it seems to not bother him I was wondering what If can use olive oil to put on his paws to bring moisture back into them since they seem dry? or what else can I use to help heal his paws and get them back to normal and heal faster?

My puppy Salems hair comes put when you pull on it. I was playing with her forehead skin and all of a sudden hair came loose. I thought it was odd and so I did it again and the same thing happened. Is something wrong with her? Or is this normal?

Hello doctor . My dog can't put his feet down . He keeps his leg hanging.. because something has happened in between his feet .He is not a dog who allows us for applying topical medications ... Is there any oral Medication he can take . The image is attached below for reference .

I have always felt strongly that I would not get a bulldog, or other brachycephalic dog breed, as I am uncomfortable with the dangers these dogs face due to breeding for this trait. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was on my short list for my next dog and I just found out they are brachycephalic also. Do all spaniels have this issue? Is the King Charles Spaniel bred for that short nose?

Should I hiss at my cat when she does bad behaviour (playfully bite me)? I thought imitating another (mother) cat's hissing would be the right way to do it.
