Our beloved Sage has two nodes on his left hind leg, when he gets up from laying down on the floor, bed he is limping around, I would like to know what to do about this it seems to be getting a little bit more problematic (help please if possible)

Haley, she is limping since late evening this past Sunday a little off and on but when she's not walking she's lifts up her back left paw.. looked and felt pads, clipped nails..she didn't like it but no whimpering or yelps. Still jumps up on the bed, chair like normal, in the morning it doesn't seem to trouble her as much.. trying to keep her relaxed stay off that leg she loves to run and went under a low chair. caused it ?She is 9 month old all vaccines, only meds. Healthy active.
