Hi! I have a three week old American Pitbull Puppy. We are working on the look at me command, as she is struggling to respond to her name too. When I make eye contact, she tends to air nip because she wants the treat. Does this defeat the purpose? She’s adorable and a bal of energy, but I’m struggling to find the right time between play and training. Thanks!

my dog wants to pee but nothing comes out she is in 8th day of periods

My dog seems to have a ball in his penis almost near his scrotum. It doesn’t seem to hurt or cause any pain and he acts normal. What should I do? It hasn’t gone down or back to normal.

My German shepherd came home from the vet today and she can't walk or even stand on her own still and I can hardly lift half of her body and the only help I'll have is my grandmother, is there anything we can do that will make it easier to move her? (We're doing the combo of a harness and a towel but it feels like it's honestly not helping or making it any easier.)

I'm trying to stop her from biting, I tried the yelping method but she doesn't even bat an eye, if anything she just bites even harder, what do I do know? Will I have to just endure the entire puppy biting and teething phase?

My cat is 2 years and 10 months old. I gave her bath when she was about a year old, in summers and even with warm water but after the bath she couldn't walk for two days. Her legs didn't seem to work. After that I never gave her a bath till now, out of the fear that same might happen again. But now she is quite dirty. What should I do?

My puppy has what looks like and open sore with green pus on the hair around it, she also has fleas at the moment. I'm scheduling a vet appointment now, but could someone try to identify what this is and how I can help in the mean time? I gave her a hot bath, cut the hair around the sore, and put neosporin on it.

I found him on a vacant lot and had to bottle feed him for about two weeks. He's now about 8 weeks old and already eating solids, but he hasn't learned to drink from a bowl. I tried using bowls of different sizes, put water on the ground, wet his lips, placed him next to a faucet, etc, but he still won't drink. By night, he's so thirsty that he'll suck at my fingers, I'll end up giving him the bottle. He has no issues eating food mixed with water, but how can I get him to drink from a bowl?

I need to know if this is an emergency or not, and how much would it cost to treat it. If anything I’ll have to send it to a vet. I just want to know if his life is danger, I care about him so much but if I have to give him to the vet to make him better even though I can’t afford it I’ll gladly do it just keep him alive. I sent this before but I didn’t ask as much.

I have a 18 weeks old puppy. I took him to the vet yesterday for excessive vomiting. She did X-rays and gave him food and retook the X-ray and the food was moving through his system and he's had 2 good BMs since. I gave him the gastrointestinal canned food last night and again this morning with some of his own food. Yesterday morning he chewed on yucca plant and we think that is what did it. He just threw up all food 3 hours after eating. My vet is out until Monday what should I do?

We just rescued a puppy ~10mos old. He only has records of Rabies but there are no other documents of his vaccinations. The shelter tells us he is vaccinated but no proof. How do we make sure he is up to par with all his vaccinations?
