Candy is not growing property and his weight is less compared to my other 3 rabbits.I feed green grass, coriander leaves, Timothy pellets and apple daily. But still he is underweight. Please advise

Hi, i hv 1yr4month old female spayed bunny. She sheds whole year every month everyday. Whenever i touch her or whereever she sits i see her fur. I feed her care plus pallets and meadow hay. I giv her coriander, dill sometimes and green apple red apple treat may b once a week. Is this sheding normal. She is very fluffy
