I have purchased 9 in 1 vaccine , Can I start vaccination of my dog with 9 in 1 vaccine and what quantity of both combination vaccine should be injected?

Why does my 3 1/2 year old unnuetered male bulldog keep acting towards my 8 1/2 year old spayed for 8 years female Bulldog like she's in heat? I've heard puppies can be given a vaccine for just distemper and parvovirus at the age of around 1 month. im not talking about main core vaccines here like 8 in 1 or 9 in 1. just distemper and parvo... while most doctors and breeders do not get the puppy vaccined at 1 month but some do and i am taking a dog from them. so is it true or not? what could be the harms of pre-vaccination?
