The package arrived today and the removable tray was broken, one of the wooden sides has damage and there was no hardware included. I tried to call the customer service number on the product, and they are closed for the holidays - but it does not say how long they are closed.

Beautiful and spacious kennel, it looks perfect with our decor but most importantly it's roomy enough for our Doberman. Only comment I have is regarding the piece that holds the tray, it keeps falling off so the inside tray moves out. My husband has to rig it with Velcro so it stays. That should be fixed.

We received two boxes. The first mentioned a second one would be sent with remaining pieces. Well, when the second arrived and we looked through instructions, it turns out the pieces from the first package don’t even go to the crate. The instructions don’t include a lot either, just basic stuff but nothing about how to add extra locks and etc. The front butterfly doors are very wobbly, and the overall build is sort of cheap feeling. The wood or crate material in general is cheapish… and already sustained cuts and small marks/skids. It’s a gorgeous crate but I don’t know how long it’ll last. We now have 2 random large boards and 6 large bars that go to absolutely nothing. This was an odd experience overall. 3/10 stars. also, there is no bottom to this thing… just a plastic tray, held on by a small magnetic piece of wood.
