Ways to keep my 7 1/2 mth gsd cool will outdoors at summer events

Best flea and tick preventive for a large 90+ lb one year old male dog
I gave My 1 yr old Heeler K9 advantics II yesterday morning. weighs roughly 42lbs so I got the 20-55lb flea medication. He threw up this morning but ate normally. I took him on a 50 minute walk around 11 this morning-may have been in the 70s We came back home, he drank water and took a nap. Around 1:30 he was uncomfortable, shaking, and panting. I immediately washed off the K9 advantics flea medicine from yesterday. he then had watery diarrhea. is this heat stroke or a Toxic reaction?
Ok so I have an issue. Its getting cold here and we are looking at some very heavy snow this year. All three of our dogs are rather thin coated. The older two refuse to potty outside if its too cold. Would sweaters help? Also the youngest is less than two pounds (tiny chihuahua mix) and even though he's not allowed outside yet we like 2 to 4 inches above our floor tend to get cold no matter what temperature we keep the house at how can I help him stay warm?

my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?
Gave dog K9 advantics II for fleas yesterday morning. My Heeler woke up this morning vomiting x2. He ate breakfast. Seemed fine. Had semi runny poo. Took him on a 50 min walk- high 70s around 11am. Came home, he drank water, then napped. Around 1:30 he became uncomfortable, started panting, and began shaking. I immediately washed off the remaining K9 advantics medication and gave him water. He refused water &had runny Diarrhea. He is napping again and seems fine. Heat stroke or toxic reaction?

Hi! Thanks for your time! My little dog Baxter is white, so he gets dirty pretty fast. I usually give him baths about 1nce a week (that was okayed my our vet) but because the weather is so cold now, he is sooo cold after his baths, eventually we warm him up though. Any tips for keeping him warm after his baths? And is it ok to give him baths in the winter?
