Product perfect! Store's customer service is very poor. No employees in stores public area except 1 cashier and 1 groomer enclosed in glass. Went to cashier after waiting and walking store for assistance. then after waiting in line for cashier on her cellphone while checking out customer I asked for help. A girl responds over the walkie we're over here. I go back to get fish she says I can't dip fish good. Great after 15 minutes of waiting for service I get the one that can't. 20 minutes later I'm back at the checkout, lady in front has small handful of items. Cashier gets on her cellphone after ringing up talks with customer who gets on her cellphone and they play for 8 minutes. Finally my chance to leave but no cashier says we're not supposed to do this and gets online looking for a discount to give me. I take 4 minutes longer to checkout. But my time is lost and that's more valuable then any couple of pennies I "could have saved". But after I left I found a great discount. I shopped PetSmart for real customer service and savings. Took me 5 minutes total time and fish were half off.

Not the fountain feeder I wanted but need it’d now. Usually get the 3 pc. Water. Clear plastic water container has very sharp edges on the curved edges. Also supply of bird food very lean. No 11oz Kaytee foods items. Tropical treat/oats&Grouts treat.

I was in the market for two Auto Feeders to apply to my carrier cage. I first purchased the funnel style. I then saw these feeders and prefer them over the funnel design. I like the idea that the seed/ water is protected because the tubes are sealed at the top. In order for the water feeder to work properly, you need to make sure it is vertical, and not titled, and the same applies to the seed feeder.

My birds are used to this style of waterer. I change them out daily and rotate them. They fit the direction of my cage bars (vertical) as opposed to horizontal. My kids are familiar with the location in the cage and to relocate them may be a hassle.

I recently bought this feeder for my budgie's new cage to keep her water clean and stop her from bathing in it, but a few days after purchasing it she started desperately trying to stick her beak into the opening where food is supposed to come out, I've had to repeatedly shake or tap the bottle for food to come out, only for the same thing to happen again after 2 minutes of eating. The food I placed in this dispenser doesn't consist of large seeds or dried chunks either, I used this feeder to dispense her fruit pellets, which are slightly bigger than a millet seed and would pose no reason to cause her dispenser to get jammed like this. I resorted to dumping her pellets into a bowl while I find a better replacement, and used her dispenser as a waterer instead, easier for her to drink water from this than eat out of it. Do not use this feeder unless your bird's food is incredibly small enough to spill out with ease, this is how your bird ends up starving if you aren't careful with what you buy.
