Hamster likes it but doesn't love it. Mostly uses it to stand on top of it and it's pretty small. I bought a reptile hideout which is basically a hollowed out half log and hamster enjoys that MUCH more then this plus it will last much longer. I didn't know it's made of pine dust. Exaclty one year ago I got one of this for my roborovski hamster, he loves to hide in and climb on it but he has never showed any interest in chewing it.
