Are there different guards for different size cages? The answer to the size question was 26”-39” would that be the circumference of the lower part of the cage?

Does it have a bottom to catch seed?
- It’s just a wrap that goes around the bottom of the cage to prevent seeds from escaping the cage interior. I still continued to have seeds flying out though.

What size Cage does the medium large fit ? Is it the measurement of the entire cage or just width and depth on one side ?
- The seed guard netted material is fitted with elastic there for goes around the entire cage. For the price it works very well.

Hi I have two budgies, have had them for a year now. I've always let them out in the day and they usually perch on the curtains or in the bathroom, and at night they fly back into the cage.Initially,my parents were fine with the mess but they have become very frustrated recently.
