Great bag except

I love this bag, EXCEPT the strap is NOT long enough at all. I’m 5’8” and it sits just below my ribs at its most extended setting. I checked to see if there was a longer strap available to order separately which I would have happily done, but there’s not.

I liked the belt and the fact that I could put my phone in this. However, the section that holds the treats doesn't have a zipper. Instead it has something flexible sewn into each side of the opening. In theory this is a good idea, but the closure is so stiff that it's hard to open to get out the treat, and it tended to want to trap my hand inside. I don't recommend this particular style of treat bag.

Does this pouch stay open with the hinges?

    Hello and thank you for your question! The Treat Pouch will not remain open on its own. So you know, it also includes an exterior pocket for your phone/keys or other things you need to grab quickly. Also, in images, you can see poop bags can roll right out the side without needing to open at all!
