Whole Hearted with no grains & chicken is the best

Sam0

I’ve been buying this for a little while now and my dog loves it. He’s doing much better since we switched him from Blue Buffalo. He’s allergic to chicken and sometimes if you don’t turn the bag around and read the ingredient list you find out later there was chicken in the dog food. Since we started using Whole Hearted we’ve had no problems with our dog’s allergies or appetite. He loves this dog food.

Yes, I recommend this product.

This is one of the best foods that I can buy. It's always fresh and smells good. I like that they do not use canola oil.

Quality Food & Price

I’ve been purchasing this for my dog since she was a 4 months old. I’m obsessed with the food, it’s ingredients & the way it’s transformed my dog. I’ve tried other foods & some name brand & high dollar. Nothing has seemed to check all the boxes for me till I finally found this brand! This food is incredible for the ingredients & price, I’ve also started feeding my cats this line (cat line) & I have nothing but great to say. They all are managing weight better, coats look so much shinier & healthier. & not to mention it doesn’t matter what flavor they’re all excited to eat dinner when it used to be so hard! I 10/10 recommend the food for the price itself not to mention all the different options/flavors they provide!

Yes, I recommend this product.

We got this item as a product review promotion. Came quick and my dog seemed to enjoy it. It was a small bag which didn’t last long as she is a Great Dane doberman mix so she does eat a ton but she ate it right up.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Loved by dogs, but the bag design isn't great

Sophie loved this food. She seems to prefer smaller-sized kibble, which is what this is. I'm not a fan of the bag design. There isn't a cut in the bag so you can rip it open, so you need scissors. Also, there's not an easy way to keep it closed, so you'll need a clip.

Yes, I recommend this product.

What is the ‘dried yeast’ listed in ingredients?  I have a 120 lb dog & I’m concerned about ingredients that could possibly lead to bloat. According to my vet, ‘citric acid’ is also a concern, & was advised to not feed him any food with that as well.

  1. Hi Lilbitr, Good day! Yeast provides a source of flavor, vitamins and minerals. Citric Acid is a natural preservative. Thanks.

How many scoops are in a 40lb bag?

  1. Hi Rhyder, Depends on the scoop, but there should be about 160 cups in a 40lb bag. Thanks,

What is the kcal/cup of this food?

  1. Hi Johnson96, 3615 kcal/kg, 385 kcal/cup Thanks,
