First play with box plastic handle was broken, second play door broken. Frankly it was a waste of my money and wish I could return it and recieve a refund! Save your money......

Our Lab puppies have the best time playing this enrichment game, it goes right along with our conditioning work.

My Blue Heeler solved level 1 in 5 minutes, but they are super smart. My other dogs could only figure one of the tasks. Got this one thinking this would challenge her. Nope, she solved it in 5 minutes. But it keeps her busy for a few minutes. But I truly think it would be great for other dogs. Heelers are one of a kind.

Terrible product. Showed up with one piece lodged in the wrong direction and a second part works only sporadically. Plus there’s a loose piece that big dog could probably choke on. Glad Petco let me return it!

Would have rated it higher, except that one part is not working correctly. As other reviews have pointed out, the flinging tower doesn't really work well. The inner disk portion is out of place and stuck. I was able to fix it once, but my dog knocks it out of place easily and I'm tired of trying to teach him how to use it properly. All the other parts work well, and he really enjoys playing with it.

So it has some interesting elements, but the round one w the little lever has a disk inside that shifts easily. It is stuck sideways and without even one picture in the instructions, no way to know how it’s supposed to sit even if I could get it unstuck. They made one element w a removable top, not sure why this one couldn’t be the same. If it’s not attached in any way, how do they expect it to ship or be moved around without getting out of place?. So I’ve paid full price for 75% of a product.

Really fun and entertaining for my dog! The slide lid does stick a little and the one that he has to press with his paw should be a bit deeper to prevent him from being able to get the treat with his tongue, but he really enjoys it and it's been so fun to train him on it! It's also pretty different from most other food puzzles I've found, which is AWESOME as it is more challenging and therefore entertaining for longer. Thanks for making this!

My pup loves her puzzle toys!!! She is so excited to find all the hidden treats. This is her second puzzle toy, with similar puzzles to her first, so she figured most of it out pretty quick, but it will be fun for her to figure out the new puzzles on it!
