Beet pulp is an essential in my barn. Having these beet pulp pellets make feeding easy. They are easy to scoop and don’t have any dust. I like to soak for a few hours and they quadruple in size- proving you get a bang for your buck. My horses look amazing on this product with nice healthy bellies. This is a STAPLE in my feed room.

Excellent feed for our elder horses. We mix this with alfalfa and Timothy pellets. Great addition for our pony with fecal water syndrome!

Beet Pulp Dilemma

GiddyUp K

I have been feeding horses beet pulp pellets (soaked) for over 20 years. I just purchased 40lbs bag. Pellets were brownish not same color used to...and when soaked didn't absorb or fluff up like normal?? Questioned date of bag??? If still ok to feed??? Tried calling 1800 # didn't get anywhere?? Very frustrating and unhappy. Stopping product now until I hear back. Do not want Sick horses.
