Premium Chopped Alfalfa/Timothy is manufactured by cutting Standlee forage into approximately 2-4" pieces. A small amount of canola oil is added to the chopped forage to control any potential dust. This mix combines two of the most popular forages fed to horses in a blend that is moderate to low in protein and sugar. Recommended For: Growing horses (moderate to rapid growth), underweight horses, performance horses, mares in late pregnancy and lactating, breeding stallions, senior horses, horses with sensitivity to carbohydrates and horses with gastric ulcers.

My husband found out his allergy source is coming from timothy hay for our guinea pig. I tried switching to orchard hay but my piggy doesn't like it. Can I substitute the actual hay for anything else to give him the proper nutrients like timothy cubes or something? apparently its the dust the hay makes that hes allergic to
Is it okay to feed my baby bunny (2months and 3weeks) Alfalfa Hay AND Alfalfa pellets? Or should i choose one source of Alfalfa (either in the pellets or hay), and one source of Timothy (either in the pellets or hay).
What hay is best for a guinea pig, and what amount of veggies should I feed per guinea pig? Thanks!
My adult rabbit will not eat hay. Is there an alternative? Any help would be appreciated.
Is Pasture hay good? If so what’s good about it?
I have been looking into getting a new food for my rabbits and have seen the Dumor advanced diet. Is that ok for either of my rabbits? If not, what would be a good brand to go with... Thank you in advance for the help!
We have a emaciated 27 year old horse, is it okay to do a alfalfa only diet following the UC Davis emaciated horse diet ? Or should grain be incorporated also ? thank you so much
My rabbit gets 1/4 cup of Timothy hay pellets a day, as well as 3-4 cups of greens& hay. She always has soft stool. Why is her stooL soft?
This days it’s been eating lot of Timonthy hay, I’ve a hard time trying to switch from alfalfa hay to Timonthy hay when it was young...when I switched, it still eat hay but only a bit...this year I got the hay from different place, it seems to love the Timonthy hay a lot now, so eat ate a lot of hay... at the same time, it’s water intake increases quite a lot too. I realised that when it eat a lot of hay,it’ll drink a lot of water. Is this normal? I do not give vegetables daily btw.
Would you say this is good guinea pig food? I normally get grreat choice but I thought I'd try this.
Hi I have a horse who has had colic surgery before I owned him. I have trouble putting weight on him so I have been feeding alfalfa pellets to him as well as supplements and senior sentinel food because it has higher fat. Are alfalfa pellets ok for a horse who has had colic surgery in the past? I also would love some tips of how to get his weight up.
