Cheap, plastic garbage. The little knobs that secure the cage are loose, cheap plastic pieces that constantly fall off.. We lost one of our cats at the vet because the door flew open in the parking lot due to the cheap locks coming loose when the cat shifted his weight against the cage door. I do not recommend.

THis carrier is garbage, the door does not stay closed, i lost a cat because of this.

This was a perfect carrier for my maltipoo puppy. He had outgrown his other one and this one was a larger size. He really likes it. It is light weight, gives him excellent visibility to see out and the door latches are very easy to operate. I recommend this carrier for any small dog or puppy.

The main issue I have is the little hooks that keep the cage door on are flimsy and can pop out easily, even with our little dog bouncing around in the cage.

I got this for 2 new kitties and it was perfect! It have a TON of room and was easy to put together

This is a great little crate, I'm impressed! Late last year we adopted some barn cats... they were part of a large group that had been rescued from a horrific situation with a hoarder, then were available as feral barn cats after they were spayed/neutered and vaccinated. We recently ordered several of these crates to keep on hand so we could get the cats out in an emergency. We have a large dog crate that we'd kind of vaguely figured we could use if needed, but I could totally picture a "one cat in, two cats out" situation (over and over and over, lol) as we’re trying to get them into one big crate. So: I ordered several of these crates, they arrived on August 24. I set the crates up in the barn so they could start to get used to them; they liked them enough to occasionally use them for naps. On September 8, we were evacuated from our home for several days due to a wildfire. THANK GOODNESS we had the crates!!! We popped each cat into a crate, loaded them and our dog into the car and off we went! Until then, the cats' main experience being locked in a "crate" was when they were trapped when they were rescued… trapping was necessary, but I’m sure they were terrified. When we evacuated, the cats were stressed and yowling and they all tried to escape during the 2.5 hour drive to our evacuation destination. I've got to say, these crates stood up to the escape test and performed beautifully... all the cats were still IN their crates by the end of the drive (and they were working VERY hard to get OUT of their crates)! I like that you can open the door on either side. I was worried the crates were a bit flimsy, but they were much sturdier once they were put together and everything went great, WHEW! VERY happy and will definitely order again if we need more crates!

I've not had a need to use carrier yet. However, it was easy to assemble and seems to be sturdy.

The small is bigger than what I would expect a csmall carrier to look like. It's decent and gets the job done although I found opening the door's latches to be bothersome compared to other carriers. Assembly takes about 15 minutes.
