Unless you're looking to pick up each individual piece of poop from a flat surface like a sidewalk, this is completely useless. It has no picking up power. The claw has no ability to hold. Instead it makes a bigger mess. As you try to pick up, since it can't grasp well, pieces of poop break off and end up smearing all over the place. Forget if you try to pick up in grass, it's just not gonna happen. It gets caught in the grass and loses hold of the poop. Would Never recommend. The one by Cesar Milan is way better.

liked how it work, but it broke in two after a few months. This is my second one and honestly, getting tired to purchasing again. I would like to hear from customer service on getting this replaced!

This poop scoop works great. Just wish it was made out of materials that were more robust and wouldn't break so easy.
