What is a recommended dog food? My dog just turned one and she has developed a sensitive stomach to her blue buffalo food (chicken & brown rice). She was not a a fan of this food and often wouldnโt eat it. I was recommended by my vet to try Natural Balance LID, and her health has improved (no more puking or diarrhea) but she is never excited to eat it & often waits until later to finally eat breakfast. I have her on chicken & sweet potato. Should I try duck? Or fish? or a different brand?

I want to be sure that my 1 year old Parson Russell Terrier is getting the best food. He has skin sensitivity. My vet prescribed Royal Canin Skin Sensitivity. It costs a fortune. A friend who works for a vet told me that her dog( who also has skin sensitivity) was prescribed Purina Pro Plan.. It also doesnโt list grains on the Royal Canin. I want to make sure it isnโt grain free. My last dog died from cardiomyopathy and CHF at 7 years old. Advice Please??
After months of IBD and diarrhea, we switched jack to Royal Canin KO formula. All poop issues 100% resolved, but then the vomiting started. Always bile. Omeprazole and Pepcid have been unsuccessful. Since it started when we started the KO, I assume itโs related but Iโm nervous to switch lest poop problems come back. Looking for novel protein, with grain, with no peas/potatoes/chickpeas/lentils. Would you recommend Purina Pro Plan Focus Adult Sensitive Skin & Stomach Salmon & Rice Formula Dry ?
