Pure junk ! DOES NOT FIT as they say it does . The doorway I need it for is within the sizes they list and it DOES NOT FIT ! Using the extender makes it worse , as the frame of the gate hits BOTH sides of the opening . Without it,the gate is too SMALL and the screws are TOO SHORT . I had to use parts from an old gate to make it SEMI work . A waste of time and money !

This,by far , the biggest piece of garbage I've ever bought . It DOES NOT fit the opening I need it for. The opening I WAS going to use it for is between the listed sizes, but DOES NOT work ! If I use the 6" extension, the frame of the gate rubs both sides of the opening . If I don't use it, the screws are WAY too small and the gate is useless . I had to add pieces from an old gate to make this piece of junk work !!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND GOOD MONEY !

This was better built than previous versions, which I have. I use it to keep my dogs out of my office when I'm not in it. I have one that likes to chew paper and she's come close to chewing important documents.

The perfect size for our purpose. Set up is normal. I did it on my own. Be sure to lay everything flat on floor in assembly. We didn’t require to do any drilling. Our conventional bathroom door way was the perfect size for the gate. We use the gate for pet purpose. Good price and good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this gate for my infant’s bedroom. It comes needing to put together, which looks more complicated than it is. I love how it comes with an extension piece so you can use the gate in multiple sized spaces. The gate does not need to be screwed into the wall, which is important to me because I don’t want to cause permanent damage to the walls. It did take a few tries to make sure it was completely sturdy and screwed in; the baby knocked it over after the first initial screw in. (So make sure it’s sturdy!) The locking mechanism on the top of the gate seems to get stuck sometimes. This makes it hard for me to even open it. Over all, the baby gate gets the job done but I wish the gate was easier to open and close.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and easy to install, I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a safty gate for a baby, children or a pet. It's well made and made to last. Easy to open and close with on hand. The instructions were easy to follow. You can use it pressure mounted that way it is removable or screw it in place to make it permanently fixed in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gate is just what i needed with 5 kids and 2 dogs to keep them out of my kitchen!! Upon pulling out of the box it was easy to set up and put together and the instructions easy to follow. It fits perfect in my doorway and is tall enough to keep my kids and dogs out. I also like the fact thay if one hand if full i can easily open the gate door and walk through.

    If you have the ability to wedge it between two posts at the top or bottom of the steps, sure, however it’s metal so it will likely rust outdoors.
