can clarity plus be added to a container water garden from which dogs drink?

The label says its not for human consumption or for fish used for human consumption. In a pond it would be diluted. My cat drinks out of the pond and there are no problems. In a smaller container you would be using a smaller dose so it may be the same scenario.

I've had channel catfish for 3 years and used Clarity Max the whole time and the fish are healthy and growing. I don't know about frogs.
