Hello, I have read that due to Boston Terrier's short coat and dryer skin, that it's important that I take care of her skin and coat by using a high quality shampoo with a high quality conditioner in it that both have the best and right ingredients in them "specifically for a Boston". my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... Hi! Thanks for your time! My little dog Baxter is white, so he gets dirty pretty fast. I usually give him baths about 1nce a week (that was okayed my our vet) but because the weather is so cold now, he is sooo cold after his baths, eventually we warm him up though. Is rinsing my dog every day not good for her skin? I'm wondering how to take care of my dog after a walk. I have a four-month-old Shih Tzu who is an indoor dog. Because of the dirty sidewalks, I am not comfortable touching my puppy after a walk, before I wash her. Would rinsing her with lukewarm water (with moisturizing conditioner if needed) after a daily walk be bad for her skin? I don't even want to tak her out, but I understand that it makes her miserable. I would appreciate your advice.
