Fill clean, dry litter box with 3-4 inches of Dr. Elsey's litter. This depth allows your cats to dig and cover their waste naturally. Scoop waste twice daily and refill box as necessary. Replace entire box once a month.

Is this ok for kittens to use for example if they were to eat it my kitten is under 2 months old
- I use this for adult cats and it is excellent for that purpose. For kittens however you may want to use a corn based litter until it is a bit older. Probably a question best answered by your veterinarian or a call to Dr Elsy's. good luck with your little one!

Is this safe for a ferret to use along with the cat?
Is there a production issue that will be fixed soon? This litter USED to be 99% dust free, but in the course of the past year it has changed. It now sends up clouds of dust whenever I scoop. I don't want to have to find a replacement. :(
- Has this been an ongoing situation? If not maybe you got a bad batch. I have been using this litter without any issues for several years.

This is advertised for multiple cats, superClump?? how super?? I am drawn to friendly ingredients, for both my cat and myself.
- I have used this litter in the Littermaid electric litter box and it clumps hard enough and quickly enough that there is little to no "breaking" of the clumps. It's that super. Add to that, it's unscented, controls odor amazingly, is relatively low dust and doesn't bother my asthma... I won't use anything else.

my local petco only sells Cat Attract and I wonder if it is because it is more expensive than Precious Kitty
- That's a weird one. However, to resolve your issue you can order Precious Cat online!

My kitty (age 17) has begun eating kitty litter. I have switched from clumping clay, onto Feline Pine, to Yesterdays News, and now am using Abound which is grass seed. She has eaten every on of these litters that I have tried, so think that what I finally have will not be as damaging to her as all the others I have tried. Hey there! I've got a large Ragdoll (we think) cat that is roughly 10 years old who stopped using his litterbox for anything other than urine starting about 6 weeks ago. Always at night, when we're asleep, usually every 2-4 days, he goes on a binge poop, dropping of "presents" (ranging from hard/dry to wet/soft) on our front porch mat, my office rug, the hardwood floors along a wall, by the litterbox, on the rug by his feeder. No changes to clean litter situation or diet in over a year.
