Can I bring my cat to petco to get fitted for a harness and leash
Hi there. Every time I get ready to take jack out for a walk or to go potty he is super excited but he will not stay still for me to put his leash on. He wiggles around and runs from me like it’s a game when I’m trying to attach the leash. I finally get him to stop and stand in one spot so I can attach the leash. Any ideas?? It’s almost like he is afraid of the leash or me clasping it on to him. Just curious what it could be.
Collar training My 14 week papillon is tiny just over 2lbs. The smallest harness does not fit. I began collar and leash during potty pad time, then keeping on and off for periods yesterday. Of course she bites and plays with the leash, causing it to be more of a potty training distraction than tool. The collar, right sized no dangles made of nylon, seems to irritate her skin. She itches it constantly. Is this hurting her skin or part of getting used to the collar?

Our puppy does not understand the leash and when we hook it to her collar she flips around and acts crazy. We want her to get used to it but she is going to hurt herself. I have a 16 week old female boxer, we are trying to potty train her and have been since we got her. She won't walk on the leash. We tried a harness and a collar nothing works. She just stands there. We try without a leash and she runs off. We have tried taking the treats out with her and it doesn't work. Any tips on getting her potty trained or walking on the leash will greatly be appreciated. We adore our rescue dog and I love to take him on walks but although he’s great with people, he’s very unpredictable with other dogs and he’s extremely prey driven. So much that my 13 year old can’t cntril him if he sees a cat or bunny or something. What do you recommend as far as a harness or collar that will help control his pulling and lunging so that we can enjoy our walks with him more? He’s about 60 lbs, by the way.
