Are the XL beds memory foam? I keep trying to find real memory foam XL beds but I keep ending up with egg crate type foam instead, which is just a terrible material.

I recently purchased a memory foam mattress topper that is CertiPUR-US certified. This means that it contains VOC’s that are less than 0.5 parts per million which is the safe range for humans. However, I am wondering if this is also a safe range for dogs as my dog sleeps on my bed each night. The company claims that they also do not use dangerous chemicals in their foam and I know that some dog beds are regulated by CertiPUR-US as well. I want to be sure that this memory foam will not harm Timo.
What type of bed would you suggest for my miniature dachshund? She is 3 1/2 months old. She gets cold easily & sleeps w/ me in my bed. She always loves cuddling with me whever I am if on the couch resting, etc. I always have a small blanket & she loves for me to cover her up totally.. She crawls under it & goes to sleep!
What pain medicine and/or supplements can Watson take given his low body weight of 3.3 pds at 7 months? He's been rather sick, and the doctor noted his back leg muscles had begun to atrophy. He's trying to move, but it's obvious he's in a lot of discomfort. Could an orthopedic bed help at all as well? I'm fighting alongside him in his recovery.

Hello, my dog won’t sit/lay down for longer than 2 minutes. Recently was diagnosed with Arthritis (2 months ago) but was told it wasn’t severe enough yet to require surgery/meds. He’s been acting weird the last couple of hours, its Easter Sunday so vets are closed so is there any medicine we can buy at the store to ease his pain so he can sleep until we can see our vet tomorrow. we have a 20 pound rat terrier mix in excellent health, not overweight. She is 11 yrs old and we were trying to fin d a carrier like a backpack to put her in for our long walks, when she gets tired. There are so many to choose from. I like the ones that we strap on the front of the human, and her legs stick out at the top and bottom just like a real baby. We bought my dog a new dog bed that’s supposed to help with his anxiety. The first night he loved it - we couldn’t get him out of it! Since that first night, he doesn’t like to sit on it anymore.
