- Thank you for your question. The separate pieces of this aquarium are designed and manufactured to work together. For this reason, it is only sold as a complete set by retailers.

how do I get a new water pump?
Is there any top view picture with sizes? What is the 15.3" depth?
There are no pics if the side view. It lists 15.2" deep, but because it's a bowed front, I assume they mean the 15.2" is the thickest area (middle). So, what is the end flat areas measure "before" the tank starts to bow? I have a tight space.
How easy is it too clean with only the two openings
- For simple water changes its easy cause it has a spoit on the side. But when it comes to gravel vacuums and scrubbing, I hate cleaning this tank so much. Its very inconvenient, time consuming, and there's plenty of cheap plastic that will break. I actually cut my self on the inner lip when I rubbed my hand on it, trying to scrub at some algae down at the bottom

I'm confused. there is a cylinder tank on your web site for $3599. and there is this one for about $1299. I can't see any difference. What am Imissing?

We at Penn Plax have the 53 Gallon Cylinder Tank listed for $999 and a 58 Gallon Bowfront Tank listed for $1299 on the Petco site. The cylinder tanks on the bottom of the page listed for $3599 are not our tanks. These show to be 125 Gallon tanks that are made by Pro Clear Aquatic Systems.

So I've been thinking about getting an axolotl, but I'm a bit confused as I've never had any type of aquarium. My question is: I've been told to get an Aquaclear 50 HBO filter (plus a sponge one for extra bio media), and to slow the flow by placing plants and things under it. But this specific model's slowest flow is 250 l/h, which might be too little for a 90l tank. But if I set it up to 370 or so (which I find would be the best), the flow might be too strong for the axie! Any solutions? <3

We are new to having aquariums, we really didn't realize so many things played a factor with the water. We currently have a 10 gallon tank but want to increase to a 29 gallon tank. We currently buy gallons of water but with the 29 gallon tank we really don't want to have to do that. We have well water with a salt filter. My levels from to tap was nitrate 10, nitrite 0, hardness 0, chlorine 0, alk 100, ph 7.. is my tap water safe even with the salt filter.
My blood parrot cichlid's tank is extremely cloudy. Whenever I clean his tank I usually put in some water clarifier and conditioner in, and normally this works just fine and the water is clear. However, I recently just got a 30-gallon tank. When adding the solutions again I adjusted all the measurements so that it would suit the tank. Instead of clearing up it just stayed the same. I checked all the levels of the tank, pH, etc. I don't know what to do
