        Small kibble size and great quality

        WE switched to Olllie when my shh tzu was diagnosed with blastomycosis. Anything smaller and easier to digest while he was on medications was beneficial. Happy to say, he beat the blasto abut we have stuck with Ollie as the quality is great, the dogs LOVE the taste and the smaller kibble size is good for an older little guy.

        Repeat order service suck

        My dog love Ollie products so I choose the repeat delivery, it supposed to be same day delivery but it always delay, the worst was recently I got 2 days delay . I called the customer service to help me send the same day cause I don’t have anymore food for my 2 dogs, and I unable to go to the store. I even told her to cancel my order if they unable to send it by today so I can just order as a guest , she said she can’t do it because my order was shipped and told me to get from the store and once the other order arrived I can just return it. I mean, why would I spend more money when it’s their fault. It’s so disappointed, I’ve been a loyal customer for years

        My pup seems to like the food. I think he prefers the chicken flavor. I also feed the fresh food from Ollie. His coat is shinier and best part it doesn’t stink as bad when he goes #2. I hope they make more flavors like they do with the fresh food.
