Placed my order online and had to mail the prescription in because I only had a paper copy from my vet’s office. The next day, petco cancelled my order. I reached out to customer service and they said there was no reason marked as to why it was cancelled, but it just was. I asked for my prescription back but they told me they weren’t able to send it back. I had to call my vet and get a new prescription, and was able to get my dogs nexgaurd elsewhere.

Petco Sent Medication Due to Expire Before Use

DO NOT ORDER MEDICATIONS FROM PETCO!! I ordered a year supply of NexGard Plus for my dogs and was sent medication that expired withing that year. It cannot be used before it's expiration date. This is expensive medication - Petco's response, properly dispose of it once it expires. They would not exchange it for the same medication with a longer expiration date or refund it because it was not damaged when it arrived.

Great All in One Tablet

I started giving this to my dog in January. So, this is only the second month of using this product, but I am very please with it thus far. It is about the same size as the regular Nexguard pills. I used to give him Simparica Trio, the tablets are huge and I had difficulty getting my dog to take it. My dog thinks the Nexguard Plus are treats and actually takes them better than the Nexguard without the heartworm protection. He has not had any adverse reactions either. I am very pleased with this product.
