Freckle is terrified of the hair dryer and because her fur is thick and somewhat long, I don't think I should air dry her. Every time I turn the hair dryer on, she runs under the bed and doesn't come out until the sound's gone. And if someone holds her while I blow dry her, she starts biting and scratching extremely aggressively. What can I do?

Hey so this may be a crazy question but I have a teacup chi Wawa I am not sure what she is mixed with. Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?
