Customer service since I get a discount whenever I buy this product as a curbside pickup, but the cashier refused to give ne that discount as a walk in customer.

My two pups love these raw patties and they always gobble this up right away. However, I do get annoyed by Petco always sending me e-mails about online ordering with in-store pick-up when they never have these frozen food items available through online ordering at my local store. I'd rather not know about the discount that I can't actually get - thanks.

I love feeding these patties to my dogs! Not only do they love the taste, and I love the ingredients, but when I give it to them frozen they will chew on the patties which has helped a ton with getting rid of the plaque and tarter on their teeth.

The only issue I can find with this food is that it's quite expensive, basically almost $40 for the largest (best value) bag. The bag has 24 patties and she eats two patties per day, one in the morning and one in the evening, meaning the bag doesn't even last two weeks before needing to buy another one. If she was larger and required 4 patties per day that would be prohibitively expensive, luckily she is only 22lbs and the portion size is perfect. I also tried the pellets version but it's a lot harder to portion especially if it thaws a bit before being refrozen, it's extremely difficult to separate only the amount you want to thaw, and if you thaw the whole bag then it's mushy when trying to scoop out a serving. Strongly recommend the patties over the pellets, it's just way easier to portion and serve. I thaw one patty at a time in the fridge (or defrost for 2 mins in the microwave, just don't cook it!) and then microwave 2oz of water for 30 seconds to pour over the patty and help warm it up when serving. Once the water is added I mash it into a slurry with a fork and also add a fresh egg every other feeding to increase her caloric intake at very low cost. This food has been far better for her than dried kibble and I notice her poops are smaller and more consistent as well, like the food is much more efficient and nutritionally dense without a bunch of additives and filler. The beef is great too I just always get the chicken because it's a little more affordable and she likes it just as much.

My English bulldog liked the juices from it once it finally thawed but refused to eat the meat. He is very very picky. Took far too long to thaw also

So far we have had great success. Pups love them so far!!! This is a trial run for us so hopefully feeding this will show some much needed improvement

One of my dogs will only eat this, she loves it. My other dog will eat anything.

My Belgian Malinois loves Instinct Raw and I love that I can give him a great variety and nurtritionally complete meals while raw feeding! The patties are convenient because I just thaw amount needed for each day's feeding and they thaw quickly.
