Questions
In looking at the sizes, I see that the small is 23 x 18 but the extra small is a big jump smaller at 21 x 12. Is that correct?
- Yes. The small and extra small measurements you listed are correct. These mats are made to correspond with the Midwest brand of crates. The interior dimensions of the crates are approximately one inch smaller than the crate's exterior measurements. These mats reflect that, and fit nicely inside the bottom of the Midwest crates. They are also surprisingly plush and thick for the price.

What type of bed would you suggest for my miniature dachshund? She is 3 1/2 months old. She gets cold easily & sleeps w/ me in my bed. She always loves cuddling with me whever I am if on the couch resting, etc. I always have a small blanket & she loves for me to cover her up totally.. She crawls under it & goes to sleep!
I need your help here. I've been thinking to purchase a crate and a crate bed and crate cover for my little girl. Since she loves to nap under the table and I thought it'll be much safer and comfortable for her to sleep there from time to time. And safer from the friend's and families children from hurting her. I've moved and to get my cat acclimated I've decided I'm going to crate him while we are working. The crate i have is 42"x28"x30", with a dual level. Will this be enough space for my cat? He is 14y/o, and will be crated for 6-8 hours 5 days a week for a few weeks, until he gets used to the area. I want to crate train my 1 year old dog. I bought a "medium" crate for her , shes 25 lbs - aussie/dashund mix so shes kind of long shaped. The measurments on the box are for a dog even taller/wider than mine... but the crate doesnt really seem big enough for her to turn around in (unless she kind of squirmed up into a circle). We bought my dog a new dog bed that’s supposed to help with his anxiety. The first night he loved it - we couldn’t get him out of it! Since that first night, he doesn’t like to sit on it anymore. He just humps it and licks it. We can put him directly in it and force him to sit, but he won’t stay long and looks uncomfortable. Should I take the bed away? Why won’t he lag on it anymore?

I have a dog house with carpet over front entrance and a heated pet pad I bought from a hardware store. It seems warm and the 8 month old beagle goes in it but how cold is to cold for a four hour length outside while I work? He seems happy and the pad feels warm when I test it.
I bought Duke a nice new dog bed. He likes it but pees on it daily. I’m assuming to mark it as his. It has a removable waterproof cover so I can just wash it. But washing it daily isn’t always an option. Other than just washing it daily is there anything I can do?
