I have been trying oko cat dust free paper for my asthmatic cat and it is good on not having dust but the litter itself has a natural odor to it to me like burning wood, is this harmful for my cats to smell. I have tried yestersdays new in the past and found it bad on covering ammonia. Oko cat covers ammonia but that burnong wood smells is overwhelming to me so isnt to them....so I switch back to yesterdays new???? Any ideas

Why does my cat eat clumping clay litter?
I had great advice from your side for my allergic cat,who now has skin problems that might be from his litter,(he doesn't have flees or other problems,only allergy),but the litter I used is now not available,it's produced specially for one place that now don't have it,i've red for Tigerino nuggies litter that is most similar to mine,I use only small granulated pure clay,but the new one is only with aroma,is it safe to use aromatic litter for sensitive cat,or any advice for safe litter,thank you
One of my cats, not sure which, is having loose, large, shiny stools. The litter box stinks horribly. This cat has now started pooping outside the box in the same room as the litter box. I adopted a cat a week ago from a foster. He is 5 years old, neutered. His poop is soft but not quite diarrhea. I assume it is from the new environment and a possible diet change. I have meow mix but am looking for a better brand with better ingredients. My concern is he is tracking litter and poop all over the house. Could this just be an issue with soft poop, should I get his nails trimmed? He smells really bad and it’s getting all over my furniture.
