Found your pet Rx system to be pretty awful. First we sent an electric copy of our Vet’s script for Keppra. It was not accepted and we were informed you required an original. Went back to our Vet and got an original prescription and mailed it to you. A few days letter we got an email from you stating you had canceled our order with no explanation why. There was no additional info in the email explaining your action. You eventually told us our Vet had canceled the order which was not true. Frustrating experience and we ended up going elsewhere for the meds.
