I recieved my sniffle mat that had a sun, trees and clouds on it. The backing had rubber padding to keep the mat in its place for my puppers. It does the job for the most part but my bigger pup can move it around if she really wants to. Its perfect for enrichment especially when im trying to get stuff around the house done. All three of my babies love it!

My dog loves his new snuffle mat. He carries it around like a security blanket and snuggles with it like a stuffed animal. It’s so adorable. I tried putting treats in the little pockets, but he got a little aggressive and tore the pockets up. So I think we’ll just treat this as a new toy and not a treat dispenser.

Teddy & mama tried out the Leaps Bounds Snuffle Mat Dog Toy. The Size was large. While we believe this toy is meant for one of my larger dog friends, I believe it still worked for me. Mama put my fave treats in the the treat holes as you can see in the picture. Mama is happy with the product. As for me, I give permission to the creator of this toy for more treat holes to be added, maybe double to 8 treat holes instead of the current 4 treat holes.

Great for a dogs first snuffle mat! The pockets are a combination of difficulty levels meaning it keeps him engaged being able to find treats and also challenges him to keep trying. He very much enjoys it. I love that it’s machine washable. The cons: the material it’s made of isn’t ideal. It catches food residue and gets slobbery very quick. It’s made of a felt that I am not sure how long will hold up but worth giving a try. The back has a non slip grip substance that really only partially works. It didn’t slide across the floor but it definitely didn’t stay in place making it much harder for my dog. Overall we are pretty satisfied with it just unsure how long it will last.

It’s more of a sniffling mat than a puzzle. It does kept my dog entertained for quite some time though. I would just be weary for dogs that love love to chew on their toys as this is all cloth. It is a lot bigger than I expected. The only thing I was not too big of a fan of was the limited spaces to hide the treats in & how the slits to “cover” them don’t hide them well. I cut the treats into smaller pieces and hid them more with the ruffles of the grass & tree to keep my dog entertained longer. She absolutely loves these kind of toys.

My Maltese Pups loved this snuffle mat! They love treats, so pairing them with this mat as an enrichment activity made it a special treat for them. I used freeze-dried raw treats and broke them up in small pieces that can be hidden in the different areas of the mat: clouds, grass, and sun. It is rated an easy level, which seemed accurate as my pups found all the treats pretty quickly, but it still kept them entertained for a short while. One of my favorite features is that it is machine washable and easy to clean. It also has a dotted texture on the back, so it grips to the floor a bit better than other mats we've tried. Definitely recommend for smaller dogs as the mat is not very large - my pups are 7lbs each for size reference.

My Shiba Inu loves sniffing, so this was a great way to add enrichment at home. The treats can be hidden in the sun, clouds, trees, and the grass part at the bottom. It's got those semi adhesive things at the bottom, so it doesn't move around too much on wooden floor. The only shortcoming is that it's not difficult to find all the treats so it'll only last a few minutes. Another useful way to use the mat is to hide kibbles instead of treats. It really helps my dog with slow down his eating instead inhaling the entire bowl in one bite. Finally, it's machine washable! For short enrichments, I prefer this mat over other methods because it's easy to prep and clean up.

This mat is fun! Our smallest dog (15lb) is the most interested in food and she has really enjoyed exploring this snuffle mat. It keeps her interested and searching for food for longer than I expected! The material on the snuffle side feels more high quality than I expected it to be as well. There are a lot of different folds to hide food in, and the thicker material of these parts feels like it will last long term. The backing has little plastic dots to keep it from sliding on the floor, but they don't really work (see video). Overall this mat is nice; there are a lot of folds to hide food in and the folded material is thick and feels like it will last long term.
