If no star was an option that would be my rating, purchased yesterday and a leg was ripped open in less than an hour. We paid over $20 in hopes it would last a while, very frustrating to have a toy advertised as tough when it is no such thing.

I was under the impression that these toys come with warranty. If so, how do I make a claim?

There should be some mention of a warranty on the tag from the toy. There may be a web site written on the tag that you can go on to make a claim.
