I've had this toy for 3 years and it's one of my cat's favorites. The product description says for kittens, but my little dude is 6 years old. My boy isn't nearly as energetic in his play as some cats are, but it's still lasted nicely all this time. There's a matching toy to it that doesn't have the wand or string- not sure if its still on the website, but my cat also likes to cuddle that one. Totally recommend!

All the parts are just right to keep my kitty engaged. Stick and string length, plus the toy design with dangly bits, makes it move just right to stimulate his prey drive. He does actually “Leap & bound”.

I bought this about 2 months ago and my kitten loves it and still enjoys it so much. It also looks so adorable. Both me and my kitten are very happy with this purchase.

I don't recommend this toy at all. At first my baby loved it but, he somehow managed to swallow two of the balls on the end by chewing them off. I had to take him to the hospital to get X-Rays and medical attention because he was struggling to throw all of it back up. He seems to be okay now but, I'm waiting to see if the inflammation in his intestines go down and he stops puking. 10000% don't recommend this toy.

Is the string elastic? My cat is needing a new non-feathered teaser but she doesn't seem to like ones with an elastic string which is harder to find these days

This is on a cord, not an elastic. My cat actually really LOVES this particular teaser. It’s cute and sturdy. It is actually one of his favorites. I highly recommend it.
