I ordered Just Food Renal Support because my dog needed it. The same day I ordered it I was told by email they were waiting for my veterinarians approval. Not true - they sent the request the next day. My vet approved the food and 3 days later they said they were still waiting for veterinarian approval - NOT TRUE. I ended up canceling the order. Ordered the same food at Amazon and my dog had her food in 2 days. Incompetence. I will not order from Petco again.
